Foxglove Cottages are enviably situated on the West Highland Way and within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The village of Drymen, gateway to the Eastern shores of Loch Lomond is only 0.5 miles away - 10 minute walk. Here, and in the surrounding small villages you will find country inns, hotels and restaurants, food take away outlets, banks, tourist information, shops and services.

Glasgow International Airport is only 15 miles away - but it could be in another world!
The nearest train stations are at Balloch (7.2 miles) and Milngavie ( 7 miles).
Situated centrally, we are only 30 minutes by car from Glasgow or Stirling.
Edinburgh, St Andrews, Perth, Linlithgow, Dundee allow an hour travelling by car.
Many attractions are close by.

We are situated close to major travel routes. Unlike some places you will not have miles of minor roads to negotiate every time you want to go somewhere, nor will you experience lots of heavy traffic hurtling passed on the road outside.
